About Me
Hmm... What can I say about myself, I wonder... I don't know but I always find it difficult when it comes to fill in this info in my personal profiles. Of course it would have been a nice strategy just to copy-paste a bio I've written somewhere else, but... I don't really feel like it! Anyway... The truth is that I am more of a listener than a talker myself... So I'll be short - I think ^^; My real name is Ifigenia, I live in Greece and I like graphic arts. Also I am studying in the local university under the subject of chemistry and expecting to graduate this month. To be honest I love it being a scientist! The graphic arts came into my path rather unexpectedly I must admit. It was like I woke up one day and said to myself <let's begin a new hobby. Hmm... What about Photoshop? It would be nice to see your one wallies on your pc screen!<. And so it all began about two years ago. Till recently I only used photoshop to make whatever I do, but a day or two ago I experienced the magic of Illustrator and I <fell in love< :P. It is rather handy for the style I eventually adopted ;). You see, I tried lots of different styles before managing to find what I feel it suits me best. What I'd like to create here is a gallery worth seeing, with simplistic wallpapers, themed by my ideals, feelings, thoughts... I'll try to create a piece of myself! Enough said already... For a person who isn't so used to talk I believe I've managed well :P, haven't I?
PS: My nickname, TNT, means till next time... No it isn't the explossive! Though I liked the way it created a wordgame and so decided to use it as my personal logo ;)
So... ...till next time TNT

ok, i know what you did.
i'm assuming you know how to make shape layers/ paths. well wut you could do is use the pen tool to make a bunch of paths around the areas you want the red glow on. then turn the path into a selection (right click with the pen tool). then go to select/ modify/ feather and set it to something like 5px. then fill the selection with your red color, and drop it below the other layers.
as long as you don't follow the lines outside the black parts perfectly, you'll get more variation, which will look a lot better.
p.s. i think there's a shortcut to fill a selection, but i'm not sure what it is, so if you don't know it, pick a selection tool (marquee tool) and right click.

No problem for the comment on your wallpaper. Your wall has a definite sense of style and what I like to call 'presence' to it. As long as you stick to your style, then I'm sure you'll do fine. Pop-art is all the rage here, but it doesn't mean that other styles aren't accepted :)
I'm glad that you liked my past walls, and I'm flattered that you added me to your watch list. I shall do so in return. I'm also humbled by your praise, much of which I will politely disagree with. I look forward to your next works...your style is something that I wish I saw more often ^^

Thanks for your insightful comment on our wall "A Silent Bedlam" :) I do agree with you that there is a lack of eye-catching element in the wall, thanks to how de-saturated the final draft came out to be. Given what we had to work with though, I opted to emphasize the wintery feeling rather than let the castle stand out. It was a trade-off that was necessitated by our rather limited skills, unfortunately.
Thanks for your comment, and I'm glad that you liked the wall ^^
